These terms apply to your use of the HSF public website and public user accounts only. They do not govern any separate internal or member-only services.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this website, creating a public account, or sending a contact message, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the public account features.

2. Public accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure.
  • One person should not create multiple public accounts to abuse the contact form or site.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian’s permission if required by law.

3. Contact messages

To send a message through the website contact form, you must register and log in with a public account. Messages should be respectful and truthful. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, illegal content, or messages pretending to be someone else.
